Open Civic Dialogue

Lit & Liberty hosts open conversation based gatherings focused on exploring civic ideas, current events, and community topics in a thoughtful low pressure environment.

Meetings are designed to be accessible to everyone. No prior knowledge or preparation is required. While we often highlight an optional reading or theme to guide discussion, participation is never dependent on it. You are welcome to come as you are, whether you have read the material or are simply interested in listening and engaging.

Each session is structured around guided discussion, allowing space for multiple perspectives, respectful dialogue, and meaningful conversation. The goal is simple: better understanding through open exchange.

Meetings are held monthly at local venues on the second Tuesday of each month. Details for each gathering including time, location, and any optional reading are posted in advance.
